We can prepare Landlord Condition Reports for all rental property as required by the Residential Tenancy (Condition Reports) (Jersey) Order 2014.

This law came into effect on the 31st October 2014 and all Landlords must comply with its requirements, otherwise, they can be liable for a fine up to £2,000.
