Bridgewater’s Jersey Project Management can undertake a formal contractual role if required as your agent under the JCT form of building contract to perform on your behalf all of the required obligations to ensure a successful project.

We can provide a service to both corporate and private clients through individual projects or joint ventures, utilising our local knowledge and experience of working on both private and public contracts. We will focus on achieving the highest possible health & safety standards whilst balancing the client’s demands and project constraints.
